In Alaska, people work year-round. NOMAR developed this Hard Hat Liner for the Coast Guard Buoy Tender; the ones working on deck must wear hardhats and the wind is always cold. Made from Microfleece Windbloc fleece, it is lightweight yet totally blocks wind. Long enough to tuck under jacket collars, it protects the neck area. Velcro tabs connect to the hardhat.
