Shipping and Return Polices

Shipping

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day shipping. In stock items will be shipped within three business days of payment. This shipping timeline does not apply to made to order fleece items (see the next section for made to order items). If you are looking to get something shipped ASAP, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Made to Order at NOMAR

Once a made to order fleece item has been paid for, we'll get it on our production schedule and the garment will be built for you by our team. The fleece department's turnaround is currently four weeks (not including ship time). If you order additional merchandise, like a bag, everything will be mailed together in one shipment. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order ships.

Returns

At NOMAR, we pride ourselves on the products that we manufacture and we want you to love them just as much as we do. Sometimes things don't work out and that's okay, we've got your back!

We accept merchandise returns for exchange, store credit or refund back onto the original credit card that it was purchased with. Shipping will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the cost of mailing an exchange back to them. Merchandise must be in like new condition.

If you feel like you've received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us and we'll try our best to make it right.
